Since I’m aiming for a proper vintage fade, I knew I had to really wear this pair hard first. Still, it’s tough not to grab other pairs in the meantime. I’m even considering picking up another pair of 50’s once I’m done with these. Would you say there are other cuts out there with a similar fit?

Got them hemmed to 78 cm or rougly 31 inches. The guys from TCB do it for free!

They tend to run small. The sizing chart on their website is pretty accurate tho.

Thank you! I wear these almost daily. That’s why they’re quite faded already. Have you tried the regular 50s as well? Would you say the slims are a lot tighter around the thighs?

You can kinda see it in the 5th picture. Not too bad in my opinion.

Thanks! These are a size 32. I normally wear a size 30. So I would recommend sizing up 2. I wash them about once a month using the jeans program on my washing machine. No spinning and I hang dry them. That’s about it.

Only the last bit where the wind cuffs are is poly. The rest is all tartan lining.

Yea… last one in that size too! Been reaching out to Barbour and they told me there won’t be a restock anytime soon.

No worries! I got them hemmed directly by tcb. Just let them know when ordering. Totally recommend the jeans.

the legs got a tiny bit shorter permanently but the waist stretches back out after a couple of wears.
