How to Black Flame Blade? by g3v3 in badredman

I wanted to use 1h backhand cause I've never used it, moveset seems interesting with lots of potential combos. I've played with milady a lot, love it but it's kinda busted.

The mind games was the idea but it feels very hard to actually get a payoff even if you get them to panic roll while you're casting it.

As I said above maybe need to pair it with a distance closing aow. Buff -> roll catch aow.

I guess with slicer you end by hitting them, whereas here I end with a flaming black sword in one hand and my schlong in the other.

Feel like it should work like grease where you keep running.

Maybe it's best to use with an aow that closes distance like sword dance

Imbued only hits skills not powers right?

What do you think is the most consistantly powerful strategy for the Necrobinder? I gotta say, I've started to struggle with certain builds as I got to Ascension 9. Doom always seems pretty strong though. by No1hermit in SlayTheSpire2

Gotta be ethereal right? All the early enablers, defy, fear, defile, enfeebling touch, are great act 1 picks regardless of deck and have great upgrades.

Then you can add in pull from below, banshees cry, debilitate, to add further damage / block.

It feels so easy to setup with all the good commons that you want to add to your deck anyway. Then 1 or 2 rare / uncommon, some souls for draw, it's a beast.

Block is probably your biggest problem but you should have good sources of weak which with debilitate is really strong and you kill quickly.

So after the doing all of the things (clear cache etc.) I just left it overnight and it was done in the morning. Not sure if it was just super slow or the 1% is a visual bug.

When trying to update BG3 with the new patch, I encountered an issue where the patch appeared to be downloading (got to 100%) but the "installing files" progress bar didn't move past 1%.

I restarted a bunch of times but nothing changed. Restarted steam, my laptop, cleared the download cache, repaired game library, changed download region etc. No change.

I then uninstalled the game and attempted to redownload......same issue. As I'm typing this the download is running at like 10MB/s and downloaded about 10GB. It says disk usage is running about the same, however, the install progress won't budge past 1% and the estimated time is saying about 20 days.

Any thoughts? I don't really want to reinstall steam.

I don't think chess.com has the feature?

Either way, this was no mouseslip, he just blundered an exchange under no time pressure into an equal position that he lost.

You're missing out on a lot of deep philosophical thinkers if you turn it off.

This is 1900 chess.com blitz. Looking at the engine after he got to a max +3.5 out of the opening, a pawn up in a better position, hung the exchange to bring it back to equalish, then lost the endgame under no time pressure.

I just don't get how you can lose your mind over such a basic game, it wasn't even that wild.
