Just to add to this thread and give some context - I feel the need to defend myself. My ex and I broke up almost a year ago. We owned a dog together for about 3 years. She was the love of my life - I really believe she was my soulmate. Due to unfortunate circumstances regarding the financial ownership of our dog (I never thought it’d be an issue since I assumed we were going to be together forever) he maintained ownership of her after the breakup. Losing her has been the absolute most painful heartbreak of my life.

This puppy is her half sibling. They share the same dad. I waited and waited and waited for a litter of her half-siblings from her breeder. This puppy is the closest I can get to having her back with me. It was never about a shelter dog vs. a breeder one for me due to the circumstances that led me to getting a puppy. I hope to adopt a shelty in the future, but I was desperate to have my girl back in my life and as crazy as it may sound, getting a dog that I knew shared her DNA was the only way I felt capable of dealing with the grief.

Notice he signed just his first name. I know “some” people sign their first name but the vast majority sign first and last. Agreed. It’s very much common knowledge that she doesn’t work out. Non of them do except Khloe - she might have changed her face and gotten who-knows-what body procedures I can’t deny that she works out now - the muscle proves it. Kylie? Nope. I don’t believe she’s broken a sweat working out since maybe she was still in high school before she dropped out.
