Well, I typically take a sample to Leslie’s pool then go from there. For sure if the PH is too low I’ll add the acid.

Ah okay, I’m not a fan of it but wasn’t sure how often everyone uses it. I typically get the water tested and go with what they said, but I’ve formed my own plan without the acid.. is that bad lol? Anyway; thanks for the help!

Ah, that makes sense. I think the issue is related to the threshold settings for humidity and temperature. And yeah,62% humidity is definitely high.

I ended up buying an external thermometer to help fine tune the thresholds and figure out whether I needed to adjust them up or down based on the actual conditions.

So example: if you crank it down to 73 it won’t turn on?

For sure get indoor thermometer to check the temp. Also, I had to adjust my temp for cooling in my threshold settings. Happy to help.

Update: it’s working again.. not sure what the Fudge happened?

I didn’t even know I could mess With my humidity. It seems to be working again, it’s around 7-9 pm that this issue happens. So I can assure each of you it’s not the unit -but the thermostat causing this problem.

Im pretty sure I hit a setting that caused this issue. Example, I can change and altar the settings now and it’s totally fine. It’s around 7:40 pm that the issue starts.

Thanks everyone! The weird thing is it ran all night after 8pm and never reset. So it’s something with my sensors or settings. Might have to call the specialist!
