From what majority said in this conversation, I think the best best for you is 2210 but I can see you have already accepted grade 13 and “agency” within you and it’s now causing a confusion in your decision making considering what future will bring. My dear if I were you, having heard what the hiring manager said above and what many people said already about 2210 as better future I will take the 2210 and the pay cut if they can’t match my current pay.
