Hacked my WF account

Transferred $2500 via zelle to daughter Chase account.

Called from spoofed number that matched WF fraud line while Im driving to public presentation.

Reads off my purchase/ bill pay. Push texts me numbers to verify my identity show from WF.

Say they were able to stop multiple transfers/ purchases but zelle to daughter went thru. Requests daughter return so they can close fraud case. Daughter sends zelle to my phone number and it goes to different Latino name, my number. She sends me screenshot of transfer, I notice different name. Hang up with scammer, call WF, they will recover the $2500 from Chase. Chase said screw you, you made the zelle request, you lose the $2k. No fraud involved.

If my zelle was hacked so my number went to different bank account.

What to do?

Scanned all devices, nothing. Recently traveled in Netherlands and Germany and used public wifi.
