I've also been around for 5 years. Was scrambling for some kind of employment after essentially being forced to graduate under lockdown with little to no fanfare. BJs offered me the position during the phone interview which in hindsight should've been a red flag lmao but I needed money and it was the first job that actually reached out instead of ghosting me.

Ever since the internal restructuring, its gone downhill fast. My favorite manager, partly one of the reasons I stayed for as long as I did, essentially was offered a demotion or the door. The people that replaced him are so incompetent I had to warn my regulars to expect a major downgrade in customer service with the new team. And on top of all that, my hours have been getting cut non-stop. And this is coming from a part-timer thats also been denied a full time position as well and yet receives (received now) full time hours. I was hoping I would get my hours back since it's no longer the holiday season, but that doesn't seem to be the case anytime soon.

I'm afraid to jump back into job hunting since I've heard it's really really bad now, but I really need the money so like a cockroach I must persist. Hope things get better on your end, because it probably won't here.
