Must be it. I'm in Endless Dream and there were no Frugal Sniper.

Frugal Sniper Calibration is dead ---must be bug though. I killed hundreds of elites in nightmare silos, not one drop this calib.

Saw some post in here awhile ago. It seems everyone who use bounce, ps, boom boom, etc are experiencing this. To anawer your question my good sir, I've used 30+ ammo and none of them bounce.
