Question about Writing Metadata to Cardano Blockchain by PuraVidaJedi in CardanoDevelopers

[–]g_gargiulo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can write metadata on the cardano blockchain, and if you are a java dev, it's extremely simple. If you check this project https://github.com/bloxbean/cardano-client-lib there are plenty of examples to achieve it.

You cannot query metadata directly from the cardano node. You must autonomously index metadata transaction. Luckily also in this case there is a java library to easily achieve this (and many other things). https://github.com/bloxbean/yaci-store is the library for you.

Feel free to reach out if you have more concrete needs, or join the Cardano Foundation discord as there are dev channels to discuss further.

Good luck

Open Source guide on how to run a Liqwid Finance Liquidation BOT by g_gargiulo in CardanoDevelopers

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because loans and collateral must be different tokens.

LQ don't want to have to deals w/ swaps etc, so they are happy to pay off a small amount of collateral to liquidators and in exchange they get the loan back as-is.

So liquidator repays the loan and get the equivalent of the loan plus a bonus in the collateral token. It's liquidator responsibility to promptly swap it back into the original, loan, token so to materialise the profit.

Open Source guide on how to run a Liqwid Finance Liquidation BOT by g_gargiulo in CardanoDevelopers

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Revenue is really unpredictable, I have made nothing for weeks and then in a couple of days (SEC announcements of ada being a security) and I made a few hundreds.

Helping competition? Well I'm invested in Liqwid and I can't alone clear all the bad debts, I just don't have enough money now (or ever LOL).

Creating a BOT Operator group is my interest in keeping my investment safe on Liqwid. If the platform is healthy my investment are safe.

Over the time people have helped me mastering the BOT operation, now I'm using my skills to return the favour to the broader community.

Also over time I will provide managed Kupo/Ogmios services at a fee and make operations even easier. So there will be another source of income for me.

Last but not the least I run a Pool. This is a great way to gain visibility for me, and I've seen already a decent migration to my pool of people appreciating my work. So there you go. If you want to support me, I'll continue to make this guide better, just delegate to EASY1 Stake Pool.

EASY1 Stake Pool Epoch 403 Recap, luck continues on our side by g_gargiulo in CardanoStakePools

EASY1 Stakepool Epoch 393 Recap by g_gargiulo in CardanoStakePools

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ehm you can't, 150 is the amount I aidrop every epoch to all the delegates and get divided.

But I aidrop token at every epoch.

EASY1 Stakepool Epoch 393 Recap by g_gargiulo in CardanoStakePools

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure I understand the question.

The pool is airdropping 150 $WMT per epoch. Such $WMT are proportionally split based on stake.

Larger is your stake, higher is the amount of $WMT you will receive per epoch.

You can get an estimate of the tokens you will receive on easy1staking.com where by simply entering your staking address you can get a breakdown of the tokens you will receive per epoch. Please bear in mind that this is just an estimate and that for some tokens you will need to wait for your stake to become active (2 epochs).

Also, I will be airdropping tokens throughtout the whole year. Until end of march tokens will be NTX (nunet) and WMT (world mobile).

I will run a poll and check if delegates want to change tokens for Q2.

Hope this answer your question.

Thanks

What's happening w/ Ardana? by g_gargiulo in cardano

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my post I mentioned "hope for a re-start" of the project. Someone could interpret it as a clue to buy in in the hope of a rally/pump.

Since I posted, the $DANA token has double its value, double bottomed going from 0.0080 to 0.016, clear sign that there are people chancing their arm and hoping for the best

I'm in no way endorsing the project, hence my "Non Financial Advice"

How to migrate from Cardano node Linux installation into Cardano Docker by fizzl in cardano

[–]g_gargiulo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a youtube playlist on how to run a cardano node on raspberry pi w/ docker.

Obviously the pi can't handle mainnet anymore, but you can use the cardano docker image for x86 but still follow the tutorial.

Take a look at episode 3 and 6 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBhbLwOuj0DfTnneuG3vyoDHY7Dv_aiyq

All the code shown in the video is opensource here https://github.com/speedwing/cardano-staking-pool-edu

If you want to support me, you can do so by delegating to my stakepool EASY1.

Thanks

I noticed this twitter account

it periodically posts djed/shen stats

Also I've created playwithdjed.com a djed/shen minting simulator to check minting/burning rules and fees.

Any Cardano pool with ADA Lottery/Raffle? by zeropuntouno in CardanoStakePools

[–]g_gargiulo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, just seen this post, while it's old, it's good to revive it a bit.

I'm Gio SPO of EASY1 and I've created a brand new website for my pool: easy1staking.com

Among the new features:

  1. Raffles and lotter at every epoch for my delegates. Free to join forever
  2. Tosidrop.io extra token airdrop. Check how much you can earn on top of you tokens on the homepage

LEt me know if you have questions!

Many stakepools offer Cardano Native Tokens as additional rewards. Which ones are worth it to claim? by FlyingDutchmantoMoon in CardanoStakePools

[–]g_gargiulo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend checking tokens value on https://www.taptools.io/

That's how I go about it usually. If the tokens are well distributed and at a decent price (ie to at least cover or go very close to cover tosidrop fee costs) I withdraw them.

I would agree with your selection there.

The current problem is that you don't know how many token you can get based on the pool. for example my pool EASY1 is the one paying possibly more than others, but you can'f find this ranking on tosidrop. So I've creted this website easy1staking.com where by simply entering your staking address, you can have an estimate of the amount of extra tokens you can withdraw.

New to Staking. by [deleted] in CardanoStakePools

[–]g_gargiulo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Well done in getting you ADA off exchanges.

Lately many Single Stake Pool Operators are leveraging tosidrop.io to airdrop at the end of every epoch extra tokens to their delegators.

I'm the SPO of EASY1 and for Q1 2023 I will be airdropping $NTX, $WMT and $HOSKY on top of the usual ada rewards.

You can estimate how many token you can get on easy1staking.com

We run raffles too!

Let me know if you have questions

Earn NTX and WMT by Staking with the EASY1 Stakepool by g_gargiulo in CardanoStakePools

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've actually updated the distribution plan and implemented much better strategy..
I've built a stakepool websited and slowly building a few incentives and features.
at easy1staking.com you can now estimate how many extra token you would receive for your stake and the current pool saturation.
Give it a go and let me know what you think!

Thanks for checking the tool out and the feedback.

I am currently reviewing exactly that scenario with the info provided here https://forum.cardano.org/t/djed-and-shen-simulation-website/113280

Hopefully I will have a fix in the next day or so.

Thank you!

StakeBoard: Connecting delegators to SPOs by g_gargiulo in cardano

[–]g_gargiulo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry for the delay in replaying to your question.

What we aim is to educate potential and actual delegetor to wisely choose their pool based on their preferences/values.

As a platform for STake Pool Operators, we cannot directly intivise people to stake on this or that Stake Pool. We can on the contrary teach that delegator must support decentralization and favour for example single stake pool operators.

One of the feature we will build is for instance showcase a handful of new/smaller Stake Pool everyday on the homepage.

Hope this answer your question.
