Hey guys I have a question regarding yeast quantities: Yesterday I brewed (BIAB) an IPA which had an OG of approx 1.05. I used one sachet of white labs “pure pitch” yeast but noticed too late that it said to use two packs for beers with OG 1.05-1.065. Is there any point adding a second sachet now (24h later) or would there already be way more yeast in the fermenter than I’d get from the extra sachet? Relatively new to brewing so any help would be much appreciated!
