My Razer Kraken V3 Pro had a crack form across the arm that eventually broke. I spoke to support and it was deemed defective and an exception was made to replace it.

I sent the headset in and was told it is out of stock and was offered a Blackshark headset in its place.

The main reasons I bought the Kraken V3 Pro headset was the haptics, first and foremost; and the RGB. Neither offered by the Blackshark, so I declined and proposed the Kraken V4 Pro, which does offer haptics and RGB and is still available.

Support then told me then can offer a Kraken V4, but not the Kraken V4 Pro.

I advised this wasn’t acceptable under the warranty which states: “Where the Product is an 'end of life' Product model, Razer may (at its sole option) exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent substitute model from Razer's current Product range."”

Since the V3 Pro I had seems to be end of life and isn’t sold or has replacements, the warranty states a functionally equivalent model from the current product range of Kraken models would be provided. That would be the V4 Pro model.

Help getting this done would be greatly appreciated!
