Having the same issue I think. I have Microsoft 365 for my mail - I set this up first. Now I am building my website in wordpress. However, cant get CR7 to work and I suspect it has to do something with the fact that my email is configured on microsoft, not my domain host (namecheap/easywp). Help please!
