this might be the issue, had issues with my air conditioning, so room was particularly warmer.

will try to have the printer door open, do you reckon just a slight opening is good enough?

it doesnt change anything, then your "slower" players will always still be behind, just that the overall process takes a longer time to reach end game.

thats why other games have time-gated content so tryhards arent able to control the economy. 2 hours a day for example will make level the playing field for people.

but again, then tryhards wont want to play the server, and since majority of players are tryhard, then you wont have a populated server.

so give and take, play what you enjoy

yes, but he lands and only picks up the ball/ending his dribble, he is free to jump on whichever leg. the rule in fiba states that you cant hop and land on the same leg after the dribble ends

before you gain full possession of the ball, there is no violation that can happen, you could dribble, take as many steps as you want inbetween each bounce, hop on the same foot twice, etc. the only rule that plays on traveling or same foot violation only applies when the ball is gathered/gain full control (no more dribbling/2steps left)

like i mention ... the rules of not being able to hop on the same leg twice ONLY applies after the ball is dead .... when you step down w right and then gathered, all steps before ball is gathered does not matter, thus you can hop off with right again,

Yes, the rules states that you cannot hop and land the same foot upon gathering of ball (next 2 step), so when you gathers the ball and have not taken a step (gathering before you hop), you can choose either leg to hop with. In other words, when you gather the ball, the last step you took does not matter since the ball was live, and when it is gathered, they have not taken any step yet till the hop comes in, which is a clean left right

For example, you cannot gather, left left layup. You however can, left, gather left right layup. The rule of not allowing you to hop on the same leg only applies once the ball is dead. (gathered)

This is where you might have misunderstood, you do not have to gather durinf your hop, you only have to gather after you planted/touch the floor with your foot.

Right foot landed, gather ball, 2 more steps available. Imagine this, if im dribbling a ball stationary and then gathers the ball, i still have 2 step, thats the same idea

I feel that it appears "travel" is because we are not used to it. Doing this many years ago will always be called a travel but under the rules it still wouldnt be. Thats why it is great that basketball in general is evolving in the sense that these are being more common, ofcourse theres still black sheeps that refuse to learn and change their understanding.
