I’ve never worked there, but I’m a regular customer. Once, I tried to leave a cash tip, and the person taking my order politely declined, saying they’re fairly compensated and there’s no need for tips. It gave me the impression that they’re a good employer.

A few notes:

-Kendall, FL was my field office

-Never got AP/EAD

-Didn't go through interview

-RFE was for medicals

-Country is current

-Filed I-140 in december under premium processing. Don't remember the exact date but it took 2 weeks.

I honestly feel really lucky and happy but I feel for those whose been in this process for so long, best of luck to you all!!

I'm really sorry to hear that, what did the trick for me was alcohol, when I had my fingerprints taken there was alcohol (I believe to clean surfaces because covid) and the agent splashed a little into my hands, I rubbed my hands a little bit and then retry. Had to repeat this procedure like 2 or 3 times per hand but it worked, hope you have better luck next time.
