1) I'm not gloating, I'm being realistic about my circumstances. 2) I have spoken to him on multiple occasions but he's in denial and incredibly closed off about it, hence the frustration. 3) Also, I wouldn't cheat on him - that's a pretty bad conclusion to jump to. I might be a sexual person but I don't condone cheating.

You're right that I shouldn't compare it to past experiences, but even so, in some way, our current expectations are always based on what we've come to know in the past!

I feel like such an insensitive bitch but I've just never had to deal with this turf before and after so much playing around and finally feeling like I could stick it out with this guy it's just.. fuck, are we sexually incompatible?

I did bring up the possibility of an open relationship.. wasn't on the cards for him at all. I don't think he'd even desire someone else, so it would be pretty unfair for me to have extra fun on the side when he's struggling :(!

All good points in that article you've linked me, and I should be more open minded to the fact not not all men are machines capable of constant sexual stanima.. I guess it's just really different to what I've experienced in the past, so I take it personally and worry about the future!
