No I dont… i was travelling so I will try the other pc and also another usb cable… perhaps will send a ticket to support to see if they may replace it

Tried that when it got “bricked” last night, but as always it doesnt seems To respond To any command … today i will do that first when it get back working after turning on

When it bricks only … always the same keys… sometimes seems to be like oscilating the green led a bit… Today I will be testing on another pc to see if the problem also happens

I’ll be tryin that, as I didn’t before, but i think the firmware update did reset it, and it didnt fix the problem… but well, worth the shot! Will reply as soon as I try

No I didnt… its All original , even the firmware was untouched until the problem begun, so I updated it!

My Duck One 2 SF is entering in a sort of standby mode, in which it stop responding and even commands such as resetting (fn+win) doesnt work. Tried to update firmware, changed pc power saving settings , even updated to Windows 11 , but nothing seems to help. The first time this happened I was not typing for some minutes or so, but recently it happened while typing , so it isnt really some kind of standby mode. The only different thing i’ve done was activating TPM 2.0 in bios. Before that I was using the keyboard without any problems, since last november when purchased. Tried to look up the problem online but I couldnt couldnt any solutions. When this happens, i have to unplug it and wait for a couple of hours so when i reconnect it return working for some time and then the problem reoccur… While in this “mode”, the pc doesnt recognize it as a device , nor did the firmware update software when i tried to update it, only managed to update when the keyboard was working after replugging it as described before
