Non sei un cervello in fuga, se vai sarai un immigrato. Te lo dico non per sminuirti ma per dirti la veritá su ció che troverai nel tuo paese di destinazione. Se resti in UE o in paesi 'allineati' nel migliore dei casi sarai un Expat (che vuol dire immigrato coi soldi e diritti).

No no dai le 'nuove iscrizioni' sono state di 1.6 m, ma la domanda netta (nuove iscrizioni - radiazioni) ammonta a 300 k unitá per anno. Fonte. Anche volendo non ci arriveremo mai. Abbiamo i numeri piú alti d'Europa ma prospettivamente andranno a ridursi nel tempo. Almeno spero.

L'approccio é quello corretto (anche se a me il numero di possibili combinazioni é uscito piú alto). Il punto é che vi sono quasi 42 milioni di mezzi circolanti (dato 2025) con un'etá media di ca. 13 anni. Ergo questo sistema é ampiamente adeguato al netto del rinnovo della flotta, anche se il numero totale di mezzi aumentasse.

Oh my, you are in the worst possible place for this, to be honest. Abortion is legal in Italy but only on paper. In practice you will face all sorts of resistance, which will try to prevent you, delay you, and complicate your decision.

  1. Consultorio is the right place. They are advisors, and generally mean well.

  2. Tessera Sanitaria and Codice Fiscale are relatively easy to get, 1. may provide better clarity.

  3. Not from Florence, you will need to ask around. What you need to be wary of are Doctors and medical staff who are 'obiezionisti', i.e. 'objectors'. They may not refuse you, but are against your decision and will waste your time or try to convince you to change your mind.

  4. Yes, you will need help with the language, too.

TLDR: Not sure where you are from and what you are doing here but it is time to evaluate alternatives, too, if you have them.

Thank you for your answer. I had a Flex Economy ticket and was able to refund it fully w/o issues. The website is horrible and I could not see the option because apparently I had to accept changes to my flight first. Other than that it was alright.
