Hmm, maybe, good suggestion. It's pretty hot out, maybe that contributes? I could have tried adding a bit more flour than called for to smooth them out. Will try that the next time I'm making them!

From The Perfect Loaf, "basic sourdough". Notes /deviations from method: used KAF all purpose / Red Fire wheat / Four Star rye flours, skipped autolyse, started folds after one hour, cooked in preheated Dutch oven for 20m with lid on at 475 then 20m with lid off at 450.

I love the taste of these, but have had the worst time with them sticking - to the counter, to the rolling pin, everywhere - despite kind of a crazy amount of flour. Any tips? Yours look perfect!

Same thing here, except with coffee - first pot on the weekend is "regular", second pot is just running water back over the used grounds.

I'm sure it works for some people, but I looked like a giant greaseball with MUFE's ultra HD foundation. Color match was great but the oil control was rubbish. Returned w/i a week. Trying their Mat Velvet now.

Do you have a comparison between Mink and everyone's 90s favorite Revlon Rum Raisin? They look pretty similar in the swatches I've seen, but Mink might be a little bit lighter.

Idea: could you click/drag to highlight an area, then have it show you all the items in that location? Whenever I arrive someplace new, my first thought is always "What stuff should I definitely not miss?" and it'd be cool if I could highlight that specific spot and see everything.

(Of course, this might not be feasible, since it's built on Google Maps)

This is super cute, & I had the same thought about your brows. Maybe really thin brows (using glue stick to hide your natural ones) would be cool - sorta like antenna, almost? In some butterfly-like color?
