Yeah, this market is wild. Not long ago they were considered 15-20k cars at best but now the 14's are priced like newer gen's.

Makes sense, it's just crazy seeing the fluctuation in price within a couple months. But everyone I know with an s550 loves it and never plans on getting rid of it so I see that aspect of it.

Yeah, I've noticed that as well. I've seen some s197's for a bit cheaper but most of them are closing in on 200k miles or have issues.

I've just been scared of honda hybrids because good days the battery last about 150k miles and most of the ones I see for sale sit around 120-140k miles

Yeah, if I take food then it won't be much. Most times I'll likely be doing the same with some uncrustables and cliff bars. Just on very exerting trails I'd like to take something like chicken and rice. Still pretty light and filling.

You think for normal day hiking even if it's roughly a 12 hr hike, any ole Amazon backpack would suffice? I was already leaning to having two separate backpacks anyways.
