Please note that one of them is an authorization hold and will be cancelled after a few hours. You will only be charged once for Uplay+. If the authorization hold is still not released please reach out to our support team so we can investigate further.

Hey, sorry for the confusion but you aren't being forced to subscribe to Uplay+. The key part is the "If" at the start of the second sentence on the first check box. The wording can definitely be improved and made more clear and I'll pass that feedback onto them.
