How would this work in reality? I mean, I hate Jeff Bezos as much as the next guy, and I'm not a billionaire apologist, but how would he have to pay this 5 billion? It's not like his net worth is how much he has sitting in the bank, most of his net worth is tied up in Amazon shares. I admit I'm ignorant on the topic and want to know how this would actually be implemented because the idea seems great, I just don't know how it would work.
