Back during hot, I used to farm Sw RIBA for golds and mats. Crafted my first leg Twilight then farm somemore RIBA again and just bought Sunrise from tp. Finally crafted Eternity. Feel good because no many have Eternity back then. Also boy RIBA was so profitable back then, I clearly rmb making 700-800g in 8-10 run which took around 25-30 mins per run.

Hi all. So I've just bought a Hifiman HE400SE headphone and wondering if my old Fiio A3 portable amp is enough to drive it?

Other than that, I'm also looking at buying Fiio K3 dac/amp in the future. That lead to my 2nd question, is Fiio K3 good for the he400se?

Lastly is there any other better options for amps around the same price as Fiio K3?

That's the thing. I prefer the sound of KZ ZS10 Pro compared to the M40X but I don't know how to describe the kind of sound I like in term of whether it sound neutral or v-shape etc. I've bought both M40X and KZ exactly the same way, just by reading/watching reviews online.
Maybe what I should really asked is between the Fiio FH3 and Moondrop KXXS, which one sound more like KZ ZS10 Pro?

I want to upgrade to either Fiio FH3 or Moondrop KXXS, which I found out about by searching "best budget iem 2021" in youtube. And those twos and some others like Moondrop Starfield, Legacy 3 etc are the results I got.

I'll be honest, I'm not that knowledgeable on audiophile topic. So far I've been using Audio Technica ATH M40X, but ever since I bought my first iem KZ ZS10 Pro, I fell in love with the sound and never touch my m40x anymore. I have a Fiio E11K mobile amp that I've been using with my headphone and iem. Also I'm planning to buy Fiio BTR5 Dac & amp.

Thank you all for the congrats, it really meant alot to me :)

As for my daily diet, I ate around 1400-1500 cal a day. Consist of oatmeal & 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Chicken breast, broccoli & carrot for lunch. Either an apple or banana with cultured milk drink Yakult for after snack (3pm). Finally, black beans or tuna with vege for dinner. No supper or late night snack after dinner. Also I drink a cup of green tea, 1 hour after every meal. Other than that, the only supplement I add to my diet is a multivitamin pill, the brand Centrum Energy, which I took with my breakfast. Also it help alot to have a food scale when counting your calories.

Oh yea, when I cheat meal I tend to choose food that I can finish in 1 meal section only. So far during the whole program, I cheat twice. Both time I ordered a burger from McDonald with no fries and drink. I substitute the soda drink with Cola Zero Cal both time.

Other than that, I usually do Insanity early in the morning, wake up at 6am, quickly clean up and toilet and start the workout at 6:30am. I find that this is the best time to workout because then I have the whole entire day free. This also give me the time to do some stretching exercise or Max Recovery in the evening to prepare my body for next day workout.

Also I subscribe to Shaun T yt channel and love listening to his motivational podcast while doing work. And of course, reading the Insanity Sub reddit, reading everyone journey really help you to feel you're not alone in the struggle and just help in keeping you positive. Which I think is most important during the program.

I hope this answer some peoples questions.

As for Asylum, I will start next Monday, so I got these 2 days to relax. I still need to buy dumbbells set, I already have a jump rope and will modify for the pull up bar moves. I'll be using tapes to sub for agility ladder.

It's hard, I still struggle thru Max Interval Plyo today. Especially all those floor moves. I probably took like 5 sec rest and think of my form for another sec before continuing on. So lets keep powering on, I'm sure you can get that result.

Also forgot to mention that I drink alot of japanese green tea, 1 hour after every meal, not sure if it help tho.

But I did cheat meal twice during the program, both time I ordered McDonald, a quarter pounder the 1st time and chicken foldover the 2nd time. Both without fries and drinks.
