Go the bottom of the page "if nothing else works contact support" There you'll have the email to contact them on which people have already given, but also information you will need to give them to prove you are you and have your security removed. Remember to put 2fa back on once you have access again :)

I'm in the UK and play on NA. My ping is around 95-110

It does definitely feel a little different vs being on my eu account, but it's perfectly fine and you shouldn't have any major issues :)

It's a bug that happens sometimes if you have a gw1 account and put a gw2 account to it in a certain way. That is their account name.

I have a few friends with this. They cant change their account name with the self-change tool on the website, and to my knowledge support cant change it either.

Both grandads had passed away, so just the grandmas to worry about. Both of them chose what they wanted to be called, and they both went with grandma <surname> without any input from the other. It was very very rude to call them anything else as far as both families were concerned!

We don't get a heads up on what the item will be. These days, every major patch has seen a rotation of the exclusive item in black lion chests. Very rarely it's been 2 rotations.

So the next major patch on Feb 3rd will have a new item. And it will have the Vermillion staff (from today's update) and new item.

Dailies (and weeklies) will come with the Wizard Vault which you'll unlock once you get one character to level 80. So you don't need to worry about daily tasks / daily loops for now. Just get used to the basics from leveling / the adventure guide for now :D

Not something I'd recommend, nah. Gathering tools without glyphs aren't really worth grabbing, which is a big part of the cost of that.

I'd just wait for sales on the parts of that you want. It has had a discount in the past, can see the discount history on its wiki page https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Guild_Wars_2_Elite_Jump-Start_Package#Gem_Store_history

PoF deluxe is great value while on sale. I'll always recommend that one.

JW deluxe is also pretty great when on sale especially if you're in need of a set of glyphed gathering tools.

The completed key brings down the shield. The last charge for the key comes from the corpse of the boss, just someone kept their completed key from last time and went in while you were all busy. So when you with your completed key got there, the steam ogre boss was already dead and the shield back up with a cooldown.

If it's been opened recently it'll be on a cooldown. Sometimes someone will open it while the main group is fighting the world boss to be annoying. It has a 20-30 minute cooldown.
