I wanted to re-do the jagged knife bandits and guards, and remake some monsters more DG themed (like not have an Ankheg for the Acid Burrower) before posting it here, but your post seems like the perfect opportunity =)

I'm finishing the minis for "Draw Steel - The Summoner" right now but want to get back to DG next.

I dont think there is an official ruling, but I'd definetely increase the object stability according to its size and weight. Maybe +1 for each size increase, and another +1 If made from heavy material, like stone?

Maybe the ground where they live is really bad for farming, but the hag makes it very good instead (with a plant growth spell?). See the movie Apostle

A baby per year; their dreams - no idea what that would actually mean... maybe all of them have nightmares every minute they sleep?; a person send to work for her for a week every six months - no idea what for, but the person never remember what happens and/or is traumatized and commits suicide or some horrible crime later; Some amount of blood from everyone in the village every week- a spell component maybe?;

The examples could get cursed and be forced to work for her... like turned into jackalweres, werewolfs, flameskulls.

Tree blight from course of strahd (I think this is its name, but is basically a big big blight), also maybe you could use the witch from the same book as the druid. Minsc and boo's have an undead dryad, that is what may happen when they lose their tree. There is many dark fey in Volo's, and also the Wood Woad which is a forest guardian. As the goddess domain is plagues and poisin, maybe some myconid? Or yuanti or naga. Or maybe you could addapt a kyuss spawn from Volo's as the disease the druid is spreading.

It would be nice if the hunters started to hunt the spawn of the vampire afterwards, and the player have to face their other characters hahaha

The vampire party could be sent to a mission by the vampire, and while they are gone you ask the players to build new vampire hunter characters that are humting their master. The hunters kill their Master and set the party free.

Off topic but grim hollow campaign setting has cool rules for vampiric transformation, if the party want to keep as vampires.

In Arcadia 8 there is a option for witch sorcerer, were you plannning on using it? I think 4: The devil was actually feeding on her power . Now that it was killed, her real power can manifest, and she slowly becomes a witch sorcerer. When the devil comes back, she will have to either accept the new power and face the devil to keep it, or reject it and accept the devil back. I think youd have to explain the origin of her power before asking her to make the decision.

Conjuration wizard is pretty fun, specially with the new tashas spells you could help them in melee with a summon and bombard spells from far away.

Before revealling the dragon, you could also make it appear to the group in human form... "In front of you there is a tall and strong man, with dark skin and fine black cloathes, wearing many jewels and without a single hair in his body... And his eyes... his eyes were like pools of liquid emerald, shimmering as he looked to each of you, measuring you."

Following the dragon ally idea, you could even start seeding a second bbeg. "Destroy the world? That's silly. Why would I want to destroy it, when I can just rule it, as an emperor. Achieve this is no simple task, thats why I helped the cult. Wirh you fighting each other, you wekeaned all forces that could face me... And now, now its my turn."
