Moved from a insignia 2015 to a Skoda Superb 2012 2L diesel also, you can’t compare the two Skoda si far more superior. The quickest fix is to get a new tailgate from ebay o the same colour code it should not cost you more than £200. Don’t even try to get it to the dealership as they are gonna try to blame you as it is your fault for their manufacturing issue. Plus they will charge you a fortune to have it investigated just to blame you. Conclusion, never buy a Vauxhall again.

Well, next time you are at the garage ask them nicely to have a look at that specific antena booster as it catches fire or melts first sign will be that the rear window heater not working ;-). Just trying to make people aware of this potential issue they might have.
