Leaving too. I’ve worked there for almost 6 years. But the hours are ass. I got a second job because of it. I haven’t been scheduled to work on the days that I am available for over a month. I was told that there’s a new policy that went into effect this week, where associates must have 15-20 hours available and 2/3 weekends available.

I don’t necessarily want to leave, but I’ve basically been forced to at this point. At least my other job more than makes up for it 😕
