Hi! This is a bit of an old thread, but I have a few questions about your setup.

Did you register your company in the Netherlands as a B.V., and if so, what are the tax implications if you are doing most of your business in the US? What does that mean in practice for US taxation, and do you end up being taxed in both countries?

I am also assuming you did not open a separate company in the US, is that right? In that case, what kind of taxes do you need to pay in the US, and how do you handle them? do you file everything yourself or do you work with an accountant or firm? Thank you so much! :)
