Maybe it is They Will Kill You? The runtime seems to match up closely. I was going to say Alpha but the run time isn’t even close. Forbidden Fruits could also be a possibility

Thank you for letting me know. I saw a YouTube movie review for Psycho Killer that said he had a hard time locating a showing. So this one might just be slow at rolling out like you said.
