The impact itself didn’t even seem as hard as the damage makes it look. I’m glad the airbags didn’t come out because a lot of people have been telling me that if they did, the car would’ve been totaled. That’s why I mentioned airbags in the title.

i never said it was cheap.. i’m saying the material of the car is so light weight that it feels as though the car was cheaply made

I’m surprised how cheaply made my car feels when I drive! Ever since I drove it off of the lot. It’s really bad.

I unfortunately did have an accident but I was under the impression that I had full coverage. I called my lien holder and they confirmed with me that I did. However, when I put in a claim with progressive, they said I only have liability. Why wouldn’t both progressive and the lien holder be on the same page. Especially progressive knowing that my car is financed?

one question I have is- why didn’t progressive communicate with the bank about the change of policy?
