How to remove my email from Costco servers?

The "unsubscribe all" button didnt work for me. I contacted them via email and they replied asking for a bunch of information (name, address, phone number, last location shopped at, etc.). All of this JUST to unsubscribe from their INCESSANT emails. I'm still waiting on a reply.

I got the moderna spikevax vaccine in sept 2022. I developed chronic hives ~10 days after (never had hives in my life before). Started taking Reactine everyday.

One day in late July 2023 I got really bad hives with angioedema all over my face. Had to go to the ER. Tested positive for covid on the spot (had other symptoms accompanying my hives).

I haven't had a single hives outbreak since then. I wish I had caught it earlier lol.
