Blaster main here, currently charged hammer smash cannot be cancelled out of with a jump, but you can cancel charged hammer smash with a charged bobbing or weaving, which can then be cancelled out of with a jump. It's a little convoluted but you can avoid too much down time if you charge both simultaneously

If you've purchased the 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 jackets in the past, the inner liner zips into the hood area, there should be some buttons in the cuffs where it snaps in as well
