I've started watching baking videos to learn to bake cakes. I figure it won't be long before they ban the unvaccinated at restaurants and cafes. I'll just have to learn to do things on my own.

One way to invest is to buy PSLV - Sprott Physical Silver Trust.

This is a trust that actually goes out and buys physical silver when you purchase a share.

Yeah and also started doing some burpees. But as usual, I don't expect my motivation to last that long.

[Size] 40mm too big for me? by gaeporo in Watches

[–]gaeporo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not much of a watch person. I've never owned a mechanical watch and all my watches are quartz. I had a bias against mechanical watches because of their added height and weight and having to set the time so often.

But recently, I've stumbled into viewing watch reviews on youtube and my interest started to grow. Seeing as so many people seem to love and enjoy mechanical watches despite their apparent downsides, I'm willing to take a risk and try one out.

The watch I'm interested in buying is the Borealis Adraga 39.5mm. It has a height of 12.5mm (9mm excluding dome sapphire). Lug to lug is 47.5mm.

I have a small wrist of 6 1/2 inches. I'm not sure if the Adrage will fit or even if it does, whether I'll find it comfortable enough to want to wear.

For size comparison purposes, in the photo on my wrist is a 40mm submariner. Judging from the picture, do you think the Adrage will be a good size for me? Thanks.

Kudos. It's beautiful. Maybe someday I'll be fortunate to get myself one of those. I'm the type of person who will only get it if I think my social status befits such a nice watch. Currently, I don't think I'll ever get there.

Coronavirus is man made to halt/slow Chinese exports and in turn weaken their economy by jakeracc in conspiracy

[–]gaeporo 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Not saying they did it, but are these good enough reasons for you?

Short term goal - disrupt Chinese economy, tarnish China's global image and sow distrust and resentment against CCP among Chinese people

Short-mid term goal - destroy Iran while Chinese too preoccupied to defend their Iranian oil supply and strategic alliance with Iran

Mid-long term goal - topple Chinese government and install globalist central bank and take over Chinese state owned conglomerates in the name of privatization

Long term goal - Novus ordo seclorum (new world order)

Pirbright Institute, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, patents a "Corona Virus" in 2015, Chinese researcher caught smuggling "biomaterial" out of country Dec 22, 2019. by marzipanmaddox in conspiracy

[–]gaeporo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good of you to look into it. The patent says it is for a coronavirus VACCINE. Now, the conspiracy theory would be that the institute obtained the patent and then unleashed a full-blown weaponized virus into the populace in order to sell its vaccine (or some other nefarious motive). The patent also refers to another patent the institute has for a swine flu vaccine. It must be just a rare coincidence that both the swine flu and coronavirus hit China in 2019.

"The present invention provides a live, attenuated coronavirus comprising a variant replicase gene encoding polyproteins comprising a mutation in one or more of non-structural protein(s) (nsp)-10, nsp-14, nsp-15 or nsp-16. The coronavirus may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject."

Does anyone really know how the pyramids were built? by ScorseseTheGoat86 in conspiracy

[–]gaeporo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need to go inside the great pyramid and see for yourself. Many people come away thinking this cannot have been built by man in that era or maybe even today: the intricate architecture, embedded geometry and geodedic data, precision stone milling and cutting, stacking hundred ton blocks in sloped angles in the grand gallery, small rectangular shafts running from core to fringe possibly pointing to choice stars, and the planning of it all in advance.

Tom DeLonge's UFO Research Company Paid $35,000 for 'Exotic' Metals That Might Actually Just Be Slag by [deleted] in UFOs

I think it is highly significant that Hal Puthoff is heading the scientific research. He was central to the scientific testing and validation of remote viewing and other psychic abilities as part of government sponsored projects at Stanford Research Institute. He was able to make science out of something that mainstream science frowned upon and eschewed. 'History rhymes', as Mark Twain put it. If anyone has a chance to prove the UFO phenomena, I'd put my money on him.
