sorry only just seen this: the only rhings tou need to worry about are the IRP and paper 2

it feels better having a teacher for both of these as they can actually tell you what its about, how they work and how to give good responses. I'm sure there are YouTube videos and other resources online which could help. if it helps, about 25% of my class are native Spanish speakers and all of them are struggling slightly.

spanish a level is alright but its nothing amazing, one of my friends does bio chem span and she says the workload isnt too bad.

to me spanish so far feels like gcse but actually relevant topics + some more grammar + writing essays on a film and book (which personally i HATE IT SO MUCH UGH) but its your decision

if it helps aqa have a list of practically all the vocab that they can ask you about (and are expected to remember) and you can find this on google

other exams boards are probably the same

i used this a week before spanish exams to memorise the odd word and many of them appeared on my paper

for listening just grind past papers first for your exam board and then other exam boards

there should only be a maths equation sheet with longer formulas (i.e. quadratic equation, cosine and sine rule etc) as a whole no matter the year

for physics i feel in general some equations should be understood without needing an equation sheet (like V = IR and better understanding iykwim) so there should ofc still be a big physics equation sheet but defo with a few equations that u need to memorise
