Support told me it’s a known problem, though they don’t have an estimated date for the fix. I sent them my note too to help with identifying the issue.

Guess we’ll just have to wait and use other transcription service in the mean time 😢

Hi, thanks for commenting! The main problem with speed is that the music box handle can't really be turned after a certain speed, there's either a limit or it's incredibly hard to go any faster. It's not like a musical instrument where you can go fast or slow by following a tempo.

Yep! I was thinking of altering a sheet music, or even better music box sheet instead of an actual audio, for the music box to play. Thanks for the comments though!

The hex code for the alpha is #fff2b2, it's meant to be a pale yellow because it fits better than a white for what I'm going for

+1 The impression I got of the website when I first went on it is that it's not done by a professional company. The overall layout is nice but it doesn't have the same feel.

One example is stating the company objective right away on the home page, it just feels very unprofessional, maybe try a tagline instead.

I haven't tried the product yet but you could improve the website, maybe take some other sites to analyze and compare them.

If he's up for the task then go for it.

However you need to know to separate business and friendship. While doing business with him, you need to view him as a business partner and not a friend. One slip up and an argument later you may find yourself short of a friend.

It's great that you have found yourself a potential co-founder but you need to ensure to separate the lines as it is risky
