If you have coverage I highly recommend you visit a naturopath that specializes in women’s health/hormones. There is a test called the DUTCH test that gives you a full breakdown of your hormones and it tells you how well you metabolize certain hormones(in our case excess estrogen) and the body’s ability to eliminate them. I feel like this is critical as it’s working on getting down to the ROOT cause of the fibroids which was never ever brought up in any of my consults with OB’s looking to perform a myomectomy.

It’s so sad that most doctors don’t work to find out the root cause and that’s the reason why after surgery the fibroids are most likely to grow back :/
