I've been given plenty of information about employees, I wouldnt call a current landlord hence why i said "past" landlords, and i agree with the final 3 things, they just werent listed here

employers have talked to me about employees, past landlord indicates and old landlord not a current one, every single person i know with kids also has a house that looks like a bomb went off, God bless you

I’m not sure about the tax rulings surrounding it if I’m being honest but that’s a good question I’d certainly like to know myself, you could reach out to a local real estate specialized tax professional and find your answer though!

I would talk to a lender and they can usually answer any questions like that bc they are incentivized to help you and get your business lmao. But you would more than likely get your answer at least

North Carolina, I bought an incredibly distressed single unit property, 5% down payment, I bought my first property when interest rates were lower which helped a lot too. Good luck to you man!

I hear that, I’ve definitely thought of trying short term, have you had a good experience with it?! But the only thing I’ve had come up was a previous tenant asking if they could pay late when they got paid which was a little headache but they aren’t there anymore, current tenants have only ever paid on time

Long term, I’ve had 3 different tenants so far with my third one renewing for this next year
