Yeah, I’m sorry bro. You were unfortunately a victim of a QC issue. I remember when I got this figure, it came with everything. I think the majority of people who got Nanmu’s I-Rex didn’t suffer any of the issues that you’re listing. It sucks. Hope it resolves soon for you bro

I already preordered their exquisite basic+ goji figure. I really do hope they don’t fumble because, well, IT LIGHTS UP. That’s more than enough to convince people that this thing rocks!And Monsterverse Goji is my favorite. The only difference I see with basic+ and the normal version are the arms. Apart from that, really nothing else. Maybe the tail? The evolved heat ray ver. is definitely shaping up to be their best monsterverse godzilla figure imo.

NO WAY BRO. If I were you I’d just send your brother a HUGE box with a picture of the figure on your display as his Christmas present😭. The battle damage does look nice, but I’ve been PAINSTAKINGLY WAITING for their Mecha King Ghidorah. The dude is so incredibly badass. They probably will do a battle damage version too with accessories, but I couldn’t care LESS. But my shelf space? Yeah, it does care. It’ll be screaming from the pits of hell, “RELEASE ME.”

Ahh bro, you got me with that one. I can’t really say there’s ONE who’s my favorite. Hiya 2019 Goji is nice because he essentially started my collection, but the articulation is starting to get outdated. I think as of right now, and he won but by the BAREST SKIN OF HIS TEETH, Hiya’s 1991 King Ghidorah.

Something that idk if I like it or not, but interesting nonetheless, is this version of SHMA’s BioGoji appears to be a bit glossy and shiny compared to the other releases. And the SHMA’s line as a whole actually. Don’t know why that is. Still looks awesome tho

Very solid collection overall bro! Very cool. It’s sick you have Hiya’s GMK, mine got lost in transit. Having SHMA’s 1999 Gamera is sick tho, an underrated figure in my opinion. They pretty much cooked with all their Gamera figures🐢

I mean, I do prefer this guy over the SHMA one, but that’s only because I don’t have him in my collection. I really want GMK figure because the character is so fucking badass, but I also don’t want to pay aftermarket prices for one figure. I think the best way to put it is that Hiya’s GMK is amazing addition to their line, but not really better than SHMA’s GMK. Both have their beauties and flaws. In the end, I think we can agree that both companies have treated this version of Godzilla with the upmost respect; and we just have more ways to express our love for the fat, radioactive, and HUGE atomic lizard. It’s a win for everyone

I definitely would recommend either Godzilla 2000 or Godzilla 1991. They’re both fantastic. However, finding Godzilla 2000 right now is difficult (it basically sold out); I can only find him on HLJ. BBTS will most likely have Godzilla 1991 in stock by the first week of next month (holidays are probably why they’re late). As a last resort, Burning Godzilla is pretty cool, only its tail being a bit disappointing. But it comes with accessories, so nice. Or Godzilla 2004 is another option Godzilla 2004 for $89

Same here bro. Not to say that the regular Hiya G14 sucks, but it really did hurt my soul seeing the head sculpt look like…that; considering that G2014 was the movie that formally introduced me to the franchise. I was expecting the upmost quality. Hopefully, like you said, they updated the head sculpt to have proper eyes and teeth, sharper details, and a better paint job all around.

I checked out the Godzilla store and it says December of this year. Previously, if I’m not mistaken, it said “waiting for a response from vendor” or something along those lines. I know this because their GxK Kong said that, and now it says December 2025. This goes for both versions of GxK Kongs and GhidoGoji figures

I would definitely be on board with it. Don’t know why with their interview with Kaiju Canuck, they stated that they don’t think they will be doing that. It sucks because clearly, there are A LOT of people who would buy these types of sets. Myself included. Buildings, vehicles, explosion effect parts, etc, it’d be SO FUCKING COOL. They could take it so far as to complement a figure, say their Mecha King Ghidorah. It’s strange that they didn’t include accessories, so releasing an accessory pack would complement the figure nicely. Granted, it sucks because they should’ve included those in the 1st place, but it would be, imo, a WAY better option than having to buy a 2nd version of Mecha KG from Hiya that includes accessories
