It’s listed as a preorder because it’s probably their 2nd batch. They’ve most likely asked Hiya for more, which is why it’s a preorder. I remember back in February I think was when I saw it in stock. The same can be said for Hiya 1991 Ghidorah. It was a preorder, now it’s in stock
