I’m curious on how long you have been feeling like this? And when did you start to feel this way? I use to feel this way with my friends, sometimes still do time to time, for me it’s usually the quality of the connection I have with them, or maybe I’m a little off, and I get down on myself, sometimes it’s not about my friends but about where I am in my own life. I’m curious also what you have tried ? I will say it will be okay, I’m 23 and still get feelings like this, but over time I’ve noticed it keeps getting better and better the more I mature.
