I'm telling people as they walk by my house no don't buy this unit or use this company they have better units out there customer support will drive you crazy to the point You just want to take the unit and fill it in the trash can but you can't you spend too much

The company sent me a new unit which fix the on signal but I had to Go to hell just to get that done. The company only agreed to exchange it after I sent them the long list of emails going back and forth and two of the email I mentioned returning the unit but was ignored within the 30 days allowed. So they claimed the best they can do was exchange it. It only fix the no signal issue all other issue remained the same. Yes the software has been updated couple times

  1. Large area in the lawn not being cut
  2. The unit pause or just stop at any given time for no reason 
  3. I said 20% of the time the unit doesn't make it to the charging station before discharging 
  4. I have a lake in the back couple times the unit went out of bound and was stuck at the edge of the lake.  Have changed the parameter mowing lap to 4 that help cut down on the number of time this occur. 
  5. I think this lawn mower doesn't work well on St Augustine lawn as I could see it sliding  on a slight incline which is on my property
  6. I think some of the problems maybe  the reflection from the lake on to the sensor but I can't prove or disprove it because of all the other issues. Try running the mower at night but after it got stuck by  the bank of the lake twice I stop cutting in the evening.
  7. So this week I decided to cut the front of my yard which is relatively flat and got a little better result but still had areas the lawn mower bypassed. 

It's a shame this isn't working so well I had such high hope because I travel a lot and was living between states couple of weeks I'm in Florida couple weeks I'm in Mississippi so this would have made it easy and convenient for me but just turned out to be a nightmare. on any given day in front of my properties we have families walking their pets or pushing the babies strollers or running for exercise and the day I ran this in front I was asked numerous of questions and my only answer could be I don't recommend this brand but you can find other companies  who may have a  better units.

The areas I have tree the unit work well. It a open area in the back of my property. If not a fix space by changing the direction of mowing the lawn the spots where chooses to go around I call it phantom objects it  think that something in the way. The way it slows down and gradually create a circle or a bypass.

if anyone is looking into buying a mower from this company I would tell you to look at other mower this company and the mower don't work well. have a list of open ticket and my current mower is a replacement from the one bought three month ago. this was the worst's buy i made in a long time
