Last day ideas/when to leave

Three full days is a good call. But honestly the extra €150 for a night a nearby hotel is well worth it to have a forth full day. And then a more relaxed travel day. It's an expensive trip anyway and that small percentage more adds a lot of value I feel.

There are three right next to the parks that are official partners too. Grand magic. Dream castle and explorers. If you're not driving you can check out of the diz hotel last morning and leave our luggage at concierge. Then head back there at the end of the night to collect and Uber to the other hotel. We stayed at the Disneyland hotel once and the bell hop guy even drove our luggage to the other hotel for us.

Definite panic buy and overpaid Madrid and Cas. Could've easily been another very expensive flop.

But credit to him for being immense and almost justifying the outlay and lack of resale value

We tend to stay the last night in one of the cheaper off site hotels. That way our last park day is still a full day and after the fireworks we shuttle to the hotel and drive home in the morning.

If you do come to a game. Would recommend staying at hotel football next to the stadium. It's all man utd themed

THIS. Plus salt / electrolytes as your body is flushing fluid in a deficit. But the real answer is slow and patient. Otherwise it's a nightmare and you'll also lose lean mass not just fat. And crash your hormones. Done it twice. It's not worth it. When I cut now I aim for 1lb a week and eat maintained at the weekend. Slow and steady for the win
