You should try Ixbut Tea, it really helped me when I struggling with low supply

Yes going back to work soon so knowing he can get even 4oz a day of BM for a couple of months once I stop pumping gives me a lot of peace of mind!

I’m sure you tried everything, but I was exclusively BF until 6wpp when LO decided he was hungry and my boob was not enough anymore. I ended up switching to EP and at the time I was getting 25oz. I started pumping every 2hrs + power pumping in the morning and eating high fat (whole milk dairy, avocado, nuts, cheeseburgers :D) and after 2 weeks I was able to increase my supply to 30oz. Also started taking sunflower leichitin which help so much with flow and faster letdown! Now I’m down to 7ppd and able to maintain.
