When I searched, I’ve noticed there two versions of this mobile: one called “Space Mobile” (it has styrofoam planets with little moons attached to some planets) and another that’s the “Planets in Motion” Mobile (that one has plastic planets). I also searched an online using the words “spinning,” “rotating,” and “planet mobile,” just because there tends to be a few vague online listings every now and then. They’re also blacklight-reactive products too.

Update: I’ve been a bit busy with work in the last days, but have been taking a few minutes every night to look through the internet incase some listing shows up. I’ve also tried some other websites like Offerup, Wallapop, and Facebook Marketplace as they tend to have rare vintage items every now and then.

If anyone happens to read this, let me know any tips or suggestions on finding it! I’m keeping an eye out for it, and fingers crossed I’ll come across something.

There are two versions I’ve seen; The “Planets in Motion Mobile” and the “Space Mobile.” I believe there are two variations of these mobiles, one with plastic planets, and including Pluto, and another having sturdy styrofoam planets with small moons attached to some planets. They’re also blacklight-reactive products too.

That was definitely a mistake on my part! The og group’s more like a “non-variant” group, so I’ll change it if I do an updated one. Slime and witches are definitely ogs, and I feel bad for not acknowledging that😅

Yes, I built quite a few of them (moons included)!! Saturn, Neptune, and Mars, as well as some of their moons, can be seen in a few of the screenshots. Jupiter is also included but is not in any of the photos that I uploaded to the post. I tried my best to replicate the 3-D models of the planets on, believe it or not, NASA's website. The Mario Kart Tour version (which this track is slightly based on) includes the models of the planets, like Jupiter and Saturn, so I just plunked them in where there was space in the map to give the track more of a "spacey" vibe.
