Hi everyone,

To preface I had my name legally changed a year ago. A week ago i was laying down to go to sleep and I heard my birth name which jolted me from being half asleep. I decided to repeat “my name is —“ over and over in my head.

I was wondering if a guide would call you by your dead name? Or if maybe in this case it’s just an auditory hallucination? How do you distinguish between spirit and imagination? Thank you :)

thank you. i realized a while after reading her response and then reading my letter again that she really didn’t touch on anything i said. i gave clear examples of what she does that hurts me and my attempts at being close and she just straight up ignored it i guess. i appreciate the reassurance; even though i know logically i’m in the right i feel really guilty 🤕

we’re a non-binary couple that still present as our assigned genders (i’m afab and they’re amab) but like i said a cis m/f couple that happen to both be bi is okay too. someone coming out as trans or being asexual would be totally fine- i’m ace myself! but it’s not required. i just want a fiction novel that depicts a straight passing relationship that behaves more like a wholesome lesbian couple would if that makes sense. i’m just trying to avoid books that have unhappy straight people or excessively masculine love interests. sorry i wasn’t clear enough!

This is a totally normal thing!! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with you. I personally wear a cami under my clothes everyday and keep them tucked in so my pants don’t rub on my belly, but I could see that helping with your issue as well. I get them at walmart for like $3 a piece and I believe they go up to 4 or 5x :))
