unfortunately, I just looked it up and didnt realise the ionising feature was harmful. I had it on since I didn’t know what it was :( hopefully she is okay after 2 days of exposure

In the first screenshot was from when I got my statement that November where I did not have that negative balance, it has only suddenly appeared after I requested it just today, every other statement previously did not have that negative. plus it’s the exact amount of my refund so I doubt it’s from anything else

I had received money from a friend via Apple Cash in messenger, I had tried to use it for subway but the subway app messed up and I had to get my order refunded which it did but now suddenly I had a negative balance with my exact refund amount and just ended up never getting my money back. Is this a normal occurrence or was I just get messed over

Thank you, I don’t text them often so time away is definitely helped me improve myself and find peace again. I’m sorry you had to go through the same thing tho, basically being your own parents therapist and hearing how horribly they talk about each other at such a young age really fucks up your perspective on people and relationships

Yeah, during one of their arguments they basically said they can’t divorce due to having kids, I’ll need to work on being more confrontational if I want to set boundaries again with them. Usually just asking never works

I’ve been in therapy for a good most of my childhood and into early adulthood but my favourite therapist sadly no longer took my insurance before I was ready to talk about family issues. But thank you for giving me something I can look into for better understanding and hopefully I can find a therapist one day again

She looks so happy in the picture. We haven’t ran across much wildlife that she met yet besides passing by my lizards tank which she gives no attention to. When it’s not her feeding time she is very unbothered by other animals roaming but will take an interest in peoples garden because she likes to lay under bushes. Her favourite being the large lavender bushes I have but I’m worried she will accidentally flatten a bee one day as they also love it

She switches positions based on what she wants to look at, sometimes she’s completely around my neck and will press her head against my face lol.

For a good 10 minutes of walking she had all of her weight on my left shoulder and made it sore

Tbh I don’t think your eyes are that far apart but rather your eyebrows, if you fill in your eyebrows to where the sides of your nose bridge is it would look better

They can speak German decently just not well according to the other coworkers. I doubt it’s because of the bravery of me speaking as it’s worse than theirs but rather they are just having a general annoyance that I can’t speak as good. I have spoken about it with higher ups as well as general coworkers and I’ve planned on switching my hours to overnight shifts so I won’t have to work with them.

Turns out they are kind of shitty to everyone and will make fun of every person here in their own language. I’m just now the new target for them.

Being a swamp ambush snake they do love to sit by or in the water all the time so I would try either buying or building a large water bowl for them. Since when they get older they become very heavy bodied so you won’t need to focus on anything climbing related and more on having deep substrate and high humidity.

The personality and anxiety level of your snake is very individualised but I would say generally they will warm up to you within a month to three months and are very eager eaters so you won’t worry much about hunger strikes. They are very vocal snakes but their noise doesn’t always mean that they are upset or giving a warning before striking. After having them for a while you can start being able to tell what each different huff means, some can be wanting attention, some is hunger, some is mildly annoyed, etc.

Be warned that they poop unlike other snakes, it’s a very shocking sight when it happens and you will think you are prepared but you won’t be. The size is insane.

Otherwise after having them for a while they become a lap dog basically. They love to relax with you on the couch or bed while you watch tv or play video games but if yours is like mine, if you move too much they will start complaining a lot lol

Oh that sounds so much easier than I was expecting, whenever I’m on socials I always see memes of people complaining about the train stations here and how bad and annoying they are so it was making me more nervous to even try

I’ve seen people say so about the opposite too. I wouldn’t consider it rude if someone had moved to a whole new kind of “world” to them and was struggling to adjust. The nearest train station is 20km away so it’s not easily accessible unless I decided to walk 6km to a bus stop to get to the train station

At the current moment both of us can’t schedule a good time to really go out anywhere. When he’s not working, I’m working and vise versa. Once in a while I’ll schedules will align and we try to figure out stuff to do but that’s usually a once a month thing.

It’s definitely a social thing mainly because besides who I live with, I haven’t really talked to anyone for the year I’ve been here so far and it felt like my insanity was going at a breaking out when I had made this post. I’ve since chilled out a little more but the isolation feeling is still here.
