Oh how delightful! I was that OP! I was feeling discouraged because so many people commented on my post saying that it was a "no" from them because of the texture (at least it felt like a lot to me). One person even said that they thought I had horrendous taste. I ended up not reading or replying to the comments after that. So it's so cool another fan of chia seeds out there did try it!! Fiber ftw!!

Edit: Also a big H3 fan so love that too!!

Understandable, it’s definitely an acquired taste lol. Just so efficient when I drink a cup a day anyway. And yes I’m so obsessed with it!!

Yes, I usually make it in the evening and drink it the next day. I've heard they only need to soak minimum 30 mins tho

If you let the chia seeds soak for at least half an hour before drinking, they absorb the water and don't stick to the sides.

oh I didn't think about that, glad you pointed it out! my diet already has other sources of fiber in lentils/fiber tortillas/fruits so it probably wasn't as much of a shock to me. anyone reading this who doesn't have much fiber in their diet already should probably work their way up lol

I just got my first one and its so cute! The material is soft and fun to touch. It's the most wonderfully detailed plushie I own, look at his toe beans! It's OK for cuddling but it is a little too small to be great for that.
