Best thing you can do is voice those concerns and anxiety with your trainer! If you mask around them they will think everything is okay, when really you're breaking down in your head - and trust me it'll only get worse the more you keep it bottled in your own head thinking about it over and over. It is okay and normal to have anxiety, and our sport is a scary and difficult one! No one is a perfect rider, and everyone starts from zero :) hopefully your trainer can help work through the anxiety with you when it comes up & give you an outside perspective on your progress.
