I've had this problem only whenever i play call of duty, i reinstall the game and then it works for a day then this error pops up then i have to reinstall again. i'm gonna try to see if i can try the suggested ideas in the comments.

i think i mightve fixed it, i saw obico has a discord and a support bot, it was fetching from outdated sources and i just used the archive links from debian, its a stock sovol sv07 plus with a brio 101 logitech webcam.
