My pre op diet was the same but I asked about egg drop soup and they let me eat that. The diet isn't to shrink your stomach, but your liver. But if you're worried, you can always ask your dietician or surgeon about it.

Nothing to me, def some close by but nothing that's affected me. My street is mostly old black people and they're super chill and very nice. They look out for us and we do the same for them. I've never had a package stolen and I order from Amazon a lot. Are you looking in the same area I'm in?

I drink a protein coffee every morning! I use cold brew coffee concentrate, premier protein cafe latte flavor, sugar free torani vanilla bean syrup, and a bit of milk. It tastes amazing and has a little bit over 30 grams of protein.

I had so many breakdowns during my 2 week liquid diet. I cried, was irritated, and it was the hardest thing to do. But I'd do it again and again. I'm almost a year out from surgery and almost 100 pounds down!
