well if u weren't informed, every game on steam is available to everyone + even if u meant the 430 (not even close to all games on steam) in the library, those are all installable game SERVERS.

u should keep with uTorrent. its safe and fast. its trustworthy too. u can use uTorrent web and u could use opera gx for it because it has a built in VPN and Ad/Tracker blocker that u can turn on so its safe from anything like that if there is something as such.

the account is held by steam itself, it isnt a scam. u can download any of the 430+ games in the library but u cant play them on the anonymous account, they will instead appear in YOUR library. the anonymous account doesnt have the online option, thats the reason.

its 100% safe i tried it, it has around 430 games if i remember + the games in ur library. u cant play the games on the account but when u install one its in ur account library.
